Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation is allowed up to 7 days before check-in.
  • Cancellations within 7 days of check-in may incur a charge of up to 50% of the booking amount.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows may result in 100% retention.

2. Refund Policy

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
  • Transaction or payment gateway charges may be deducted.

3. Booking Modifications

  • Date changes are subject to availability.
  • Price differences may apply depending on the selected dates.

4. Early Departure

No refund will be provided for early check-out after check-in.

5. Force Majeure

The resort is not liable for cancellations due to events beyond control such as:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Road closures or wildlife restrictions

6. Resort Cancellation

In rare cases, if the resort cancels a booking:

  • Guests will receive a full refund or
  • Option to reschedule (subject to availability)
