Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation is allowed up to 7 days before check-in.
- Cancellations within 7 days of check-in may incur a charge of up to 50% of the booking amount.
- Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows may result in 100% retention.
2. Refund Policy
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
- Transaction or payment gateway charges may be deducted.
3. Booking Modifications
- Date changes are subject to availability.
- Price differences may apply depending on the selected dates.
4. Early Departure
No refund will be provided for early check-out after check-in.
5. Force Majeure
The resort is not liable for cancellations due to events beyond control such as:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Road closures or wildlife restrictions
6. Resort Cancellation
In rare cases, if the resort cancels a booking:
- Guests will receive a full refund or
- Option to reschedule (subject to availability)
