2. Booking & Reservations

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

• Guests must provide accurate details during booking.

• The resort reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings if incorrect information is provided.

• The primary guest must be at least 18 years old and carry valid ID proof at check-in.

3. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in time: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM

• Check-out time: Before 12:00 PM

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Payments

• Full or partial payment may be required to confirm bookings.

• Payments can be made via online transfer, UPI, or other accepted methods.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respect the natural environment.

• Any damage to property will be charged accordingly.

• Loud music, parties, or disruptive behaviour are not permitted due to the eco-sensitive location.

6. Wildlife & Nature Disclaimer

• The resort is located near forest areas. Wildlife sightings may occur.

• Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by staff.

• The resort is not liable for incidents caused by ignoring safety guidelines.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Smoking inside rooms or restricted areas

• Illegal activities or substance abuse

• Disturbing wildlife or damaging natural surroundings

8. Liability

• Sree Rame Farms Stay is not responsible for loss of personal belongings.

• Guests are responsible for their own safety during their stay and activities.

9. Amendments

The resort reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
